Thermo- and photo-responsive polymersomes are assembled using capillary microfluidic devices. Encapsulants can be selectively released from thermo-responsive polymersomes if they are incubated at temperatures of 40 °C or above while photo-responsive polymersomes selectively release encapsulants if illuminated with lasers.
